An Evening with Kechi – A PlayGrand Adventures Foundation Fundraiser

Kechi was a finalist on America’s Got Talent. She kept her singing voice despite a tragedy she has gone through. As a teenager she was one of only two survivors of a devastating plane crash which killed 107 people in Nigeria. Kechi was brought to the United States for medical care, as she sustained burns over 65% of her body. She lives in Houston now, because she was treated extensively at the renowned Galveston Burn Unit. Despite her injuries, Kechi bravely appeared on the televised talent show and continued to wow the judges and America as they voted her in the Top 4. She is now giving back – appearing at the Uptown Theater on May 5, 2018 to raise funds for PlayGrand Adventures, the all-inclusive playground which accommodates people of all abilities, ages, and conditions.
